My Journey in Jiu-Jitsu

I started my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey at the age of 6 in Gold Coast, Australia. What began as a way to build confidence and fitness quickly became my passion and lifestyle.

Training at The Lab, I've had the privilege of learning from world-class instructors and training partners who push me to improve every day. The journey from white belt to blue belt has taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of technique over strength.
